Deleting your connected data
Blueprint only reads from the accounts you connect for Reporting: Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads, your Facebook Page, Instagram account and Meta ad account, your Klaviyo account or Mailchimp audience, your LinkedIn page and LinkedIn ad account, and your TikTok account and TikTok ad account. It reads their numbers, and the words of your posts, the names of your ad campaigns and the subject lines of your newsletters, to show which did best. It never posts, sends or changes anything in them. Here's how to remove that access and delete what Blueprint has kept.
Disconnect in Blueprint
In your business's Reporting, open Accounts and press Disconnect beside the platform. Blueprint withdraws its access on that platform straight away, then deletes the connection, the accounts you chose and everything it read from them: the numbers, your posts' words, your campaigns' names and your newsletters' subject lines. Mailchimp and LinkedIn are the exceptions: neither has a way for an app to withdraw its own access, so Blueprint deletes its key and you remove Blueprint there too (below). Only the account owner can disconnect.
Remove Blueprint from the platform
You can also take Blueprint's access away from the platform itself. On Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (for a business portfolio, Business settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps). On Google: your Google Account, then Security, then Your connections to third-party apps and services (this removes Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads together). On Klaviyo: Integrations, then Blueprint, then remove it. On Mailchimp: Integrations, then Manage, then Other connections, then the cross beside Blueprint. On LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, then remove Blueprint Pages and Blueprint Ads. On TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions, then remove Blueprint.
Blueprint stops reading at once. What it already read stays in your Reporting until you disconnect there, or ask us to delete it.
Ask us
Email info@eschergroup.com.au from the address you sign in to Blueprint with, and say which business. We'll delete its connected data and reply when it's done.
When a business or account is deleted
Deleting a business, or your Blueprint account, withdraws every connection on the platform's side (Mailchimp's and LinkedIn's you remove there) and deletes everything read from them. If a subscription ends, the numbers stop updating when your tools lock, and everything is deleted after 120 days. LinkedIn's goes sooner, a week after your tools lock, because LinkedIn asks for that. Our Privacy Policy has the rest.
